Late 80s -Scandels- Womens bright navy blue rayon acetate blend short sleeve dress having gathered sleeve caps and an inverted pleat. The faced neckline has underside padded shoulder definition and flows into a V shaping. Four fabric covered buttons fasten a midsection band which has a back 21/2inch wide rolled elastic band giving entry ease. The bodice has dual pleats in the upper front band seam line which give subtle shaping. A right side machine embroidered motif gives design appeal using blue satin stitching. This free-hip midi-length garment measures 49inches from shoulder to hem. Made in USA.
