The shoulders have underside padded definition with the high round neckline finished by a band collar having two buttons to close with matching ones to the flat hem. Extensions attaching into the shoulder seam line are 5inches wide and have black 3inch fringe extend to the hem and may be knotted or bow tied at the neck or hang freely.
