80s -Home Sewn- Womens black acetate cocktail dress and matching 20inches wide X 74inches long shoulder wrap with a 3 inch ruffle around the entire outer edge. The dress has a matching 9inch ruffle detailing the hem edge. The skirt gathers into the waist seam line with the bodice having an upturned mid-section shaping and the upper section gathering into that seam for bodice shaping along with center front gathers. Self-fabric tie extension attach into the centered seam and is designed to be tied at the back neck. The back is lowered and has an invisible zipper closing it. This maxi-length free-hip garment measures 37inches from side under arm to hem.
