80s -Jessica Howard- Womens navy blue rayon polyester blend longsleeve dress having pleated sleeve caps that are enhanced by underside padded definition. The high round neckline is faced with a zipper back close. Dual gold metallic fiber trim extend from the left shoulder and around the hem of the front overlay which appears as a jacket with matching detailing on each of the sleeve cuffs. A trio of shiny gold tone metal buttons with heraldic motif on the face provides additional eye interest. Vertical darts shape the bodice originating near front hip area with the underside bodice constructed from a navy silky synthetic lining. This midi-length A-line garment has a 7inch center back movement ease vent extending up from the hem and measures 44inches overall. Made in USA.
