90s or Newer -George F Couture- Womens baby blue factory pleated polyester dress having pearl beading around the wide gently V-shaped neckline and the bodice hem edge which is constructed with a 5inch faux peplum with the skirt attaching into the waist seam. The short sleeves have pleated caps and elastic shaped cuffs. They have dual layers with the outer having satin stitching open work and beading. The floor length free hip dress has a back zipper closing white silky polyester lining the bodice and measures 55inches from shoulder to hem.
