80s -Serbin- Womens ice blue multi-color silky polyester longsleeve dress having 2 1/2inch wide cuffs with a single button fastening. The shiny gold metal button has a white enamel face and a raised shiny gold swirl center. A matching button below the high lapels that notch from the wide fold over collar fastens the front with concealed buttons below a flap to the elastic shaped waist seam. The shoulders have underside pads providing area definition. An embossed all over pattern uses pastel pink mint green and barely gold for color interest. This midi-length garment measures 45inches from shoulder to hem.
