80s -SL Petites- Womens navy multi-color rayon longsleeve dress having a brass toned Heraldic faced metal button fastening a wrist pleat. A larger matching button details the front neck closure with a pleat concealing remaining clear flat ones to the waist seam area. Wide carriers hold a self-fabric vinyl backed 2 inch wide belt which fastens through the shiny gold metal buckle. Shoulders are defined by underside pads. A band left chest faux pocket has a folded white hanky detailing. Pleats shape the skirt with side pockets detailing the hip area.
