50s -Pendleton Turnabout- Womens dark green and red pleated skirt which is stitched 5. 50in below the band. When reversed it is red with wine and black. It has dual wine buttons fastening the waistband tab. However it does not have a reversible zipper and would need to be zipped from the inside when worn with the red out. This pleated garment measures 26. 50in overall.
