90s -Home Sewn- Womens royal navy, velvet, longsleeve tunic dress, having a high, stiffly interfaced, band collar. The right side diagonal opening, is snap closed, and extends from the right side hook fastened opening, to the center front collar base, with the bodice fastened for 16in from the shoulder. Silvery iridescent sparkles outline the foliage and geometric motif front and lower back design. There are side 26n slits extending up from the hem. Inside the fabrics is backed by a silky synthetic. The midi-length dart fitted garment measures 43in from the shoulder to the hem.
