Authentic 1987 U.S. Navy tropical white short-sleeve uniform shirt manufactured by J.H. Rutter-Rex Mfg. Co. Features a button-front closure, narrow fold-over collar, forward shoulder seams, back yoke, two buttoned flap chest pockets, shirttail hem, and an original officer rating badge on the left sleeve. Made in the USA from a lightweight polyester-cotton blend.
