Womens Totally 80s Dress

Late 80s -Raoul- Womens white cotton polyester blend cuffed short sleeve dress having a collar finishing the round neckline underside padded shoulder definition. Shoulder welts which fasten through loops are stitched in place and are for eye appeal only. Large patch pockets detail the dart shaped over sized bodice and blend into the all over rounded non-linked black pattern. Black buttons fasten the front with the full A-line skirt having loose pleats into the waist seam. A self-fabric belt is held by loops and has a black plastic slip through buckle. Inset continental pockets detail each of the side hip areas. This mid-length free-hip garment measures 44inches from shoulder to hem.
