80s -Albert Nippon- Designer Womens red and white polka dot rayon short sleeve dress having a round neckline underside padded shoulder definition and a back fabric covered button close. A hook/eye and snap fasten the entry opening below the waist seam. A pleat conceals the lowered waist seam with the skirt constructed in a trio of lined layers. A self-fabric bow details the center front round neck edge which is faced and the shift being lined by red silky polyester fabric. This A-line mid-length garment measures 40inches from shoulder to hem. Made in Hong Kong.
