Womens Totally 80s Romper Jumpsuit

80s -Scarlett- Womens navy and white polka dot sleeveless skort dress having navy buttons closing the front in a double-breasted style with a front zipper below. Side thread carriers hold the 2inch wide belt that is fabric faced and vinyl backed and has some reinforcement stitching. A wide rounded collar finishes the neckline with underside pads giving shoulder definition. Pleats from the waist seam line extend up to shape the bodice and below for waist contouring. Slight lightened polka dot near the right side upper button. This mini-length garment measures 34inches from shoulder to hem. Dress is in good condition, but the belt has overall yellow toning (dress could be worn with a different belt).
