80s -Hal Hardin- Womens sunny yellow, woven polyester, short sleeve dress, having pleated sleeve caps, elastic waist, and side thread carriers holding the matching fabric belt, which has a buckle closing. A fold over collar details the neckline, notching into high lapels and a surplice bodice. Flat surfaced yellow buttons have a double breasted close, with a underside button, as well. Front slip in pockets are below the waist seam, with a centered rounded yoke and the lower skirt gathered to it. Both bodice and skirt have a loose fit cut.
